Aldinga Central Shopping Centre Entry Terms and Conditions.
Welcome to Aldinga Central Shopping Centre. All visitors must adhere to the following conditions to ensure a safe, family-friendly environment. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the premises.
General Conditions
By entering Aldinga Central Shopping Centre, you agree to abide by these conditions, which apply to all areas of the premises, including AMPOL, McDonald's, Anytime Fitness, Rowley Road Clinic, The Aldinga Onkaparinga Library, car parks, and landscaping areas.
If you disagree with these terms, you must leave via the designated exits.
Aldinga Central Shopping Centre is private property. Centre Management (or its appointed staff) reserves the right to refuse entry or request individuals to leave without providing a reason.
Behaviour and Conduct
Antisocial or violent behaviour will not be tolerated. Those engaging in such conduct will be required to leave.
Centre Management may impose bans of up to five years on individuals who violate these conditions, depending on the severity of the breach.
Disrupting the peaceful enjoyment of the Centre for retailers and visitors is strictly prohibited.
Dress Code and Personal Conduct
Visitors must wear appropriate attire for safety and public decency, including a covered torso and footwear.
Skateboards, Bikes, and Similar Equipment
A designated safe thoroughfare allows slow walking with skateboards, scooters, bikes, roller skates, rollerblades, and wheelie shoes from the Southern to the Northern entrance. Riding is not permitted within this zone.
Using skateboards, scooters, bikes, roller skates, rollerblades, and wheelie shoes is prohibited in all other areas of the Centre.
Animals
Only service animals are permitted inside the Centre.
Leaving an unattended animal in a vehicle may result in authorities being contacted (including RSPCA) and potential fines.
Tying up animals outside the Centre is discouraged. The Centre is not responsible for any incidents involving unattended animals.
Smoking, Alcohol, and Illicit Substances
Smoking is prohibited inside the Centre and within 10 metres of all entry doors.
Aldinga Central is a dry zone. Alcohol consumption is prohibited, and violators may face a minimum one-year ban, with local authorities notified.
Possession or use of illicit drugs will result in an immediate report to authorities and a minimum one-year ban.
Vehicles and Overnight Stays
Aldinga Central is not a caravan park. Caravans or vehicles used for residing and/or sleeping are not permitted to stay overnight in the Centre grounds or car park.
Unattended vehicles that do not comply may be subject to further action, including notification to authorities.
Unauthorized Selling
Selling products in the car park or Centre grounds without permission is strictly prohibited. Anyone found doing so will be immediately asked to leave.
If the individual refuses to comply, police will be called for removal.
Marketing and Business Activities
Brochures, leaflets, and promotional materials may not be distributed or affixed to vehicles without prior written approval from Centre Management.
Vendors and buskers must obtain written approval before operating on-site.
Safety and Security
Skulking (loitering suspiciously) is not permitted, and individuals may be asked to leave.
Leaving a child unattended in a vehicle will immediately notify local authorities.
Personal belongings are the responsibility of the owner. Centre Management is not liable for theft, damage, or loss.
Any damage caused to persons, property, or goods may result in liability for all associated costs, including direct, indirect, and consequential losses.
