Welcome to Aldinga Central Shopping Centre. Please adhere to the following entry conditions to maintain a high-quality family environment for all patrons. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the premises.
By entering Aldinga Central Shopping Centre, you agree to the following terms:
Entry to Aldinga Central Shopping Centre signifies acceptance of the specified requirements, applicable to all areas within the premises, including AMPOL, McDonald's, Anytime Fitness, Rowley Road Clinic, The Aldinga Onkaparinga Library, car park, and landscaping areas.
Individuals who disagree with the Centre's policies must exit through designated exits.
Aldinga Central Shopping Centre is private property. Centre Management (or appointed staff) reserves the right to refuse entry and request individuals to leave without specifying a reason.
Antisocial or violent behaviour will not be tolerated; those involved will be asked to leave.
Centre Management reserves the right to ban individuals who breach entry conditions for up to 5 years, based on the severity of the violation.
To maintain a peaceful environment, entering in a manner that disturbs the quiet enjoyment of the Centre for retailers and visitors is prohibited.
Appropriate attire, including clothing on the torso and shoes on the feet, must be worn to ensure a safe and pleasant shopping experience.
For customer safety, a designated safe thoroughfare from the Southern entrance to the Northern entrance allowing slow walking with skateboards, scooters, bikes, roller skates, rollerblades, and wheelie shoes. No bike riding is permitted through the safe thoroughfare.
Skateboards, scooters, bikes, roller skates, rollerblades, and wheelie shoes are prohibited inside all other areas of the Centre.
With the exception of service animals, all other animals are prohibited from entering the Centre.
Smoking is prohibited within the shopping centre and 10 meters of all entry doors.
Aldinga Central Shopping Centre is a dry zone; alcohol consumption is prohibited. Violators may incur a minimum one-year ban, with local authorities notified.
Possession or use of illicit drugs or illegal substances will result in immediate reporting to local authorities and a minimum one-year ban.
Affixing brochures or leaflets to vehicles or distributing them on-site requires prior written approval from Centre Management.
Skulking on-site is prohibited, and individuals may be requested to leave.
Leaving an unattended animal in a vehicle may result in contacting local authorities and RSPCA, with potential fines.
Unattended animals tied up outside the Centre are not condoned. The Centre will not take responsibility for theft, harm, or any incidents involving the animals and customers.
Leaving a child unattended in a vehicle will prompt contacting local authorities.
Vendors require written approval from Centre Management to operate within Aldinga Central Shopping Centre.
Busking on-site is only permitted with written approval.
Personal belongings brought to the Centre are at the owner's risk, and Centre Management is not responsible for theft, damages, or loss.
Individuals causing damage to persons, property, or goods are liable for all direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses.
