Coles reopened at Aldinga Central on Wednesday, 06 May 2026, at 8 am, welcoming the Aldinga community back following a major redevelopment of the former store and the unveiling of a brand-new shopping experience.

First opened in 1992 as Bi-Lo, the store later became Coles, remaining a familiar and much-loved part of the centre for generations. Following an extensive transformation, this iconic space has been reimagined into a modern, expanded supermarket designed to better support and serve the growing community.

The new Coles features a fresh new layout, upgraded facilities, and an improved shopping experience, making everyday shopping easier, more convenient, and more enjoyable.
