Aldinga Central Shopping Centre is located in the heart of Aldinga Beach, a fast-growing coastal community in Adelaide’s southern corridor, just minutes from the beach.
The shopping centre site spans approximately 86,000 sqm. Aldinga Beach is experiencing steady population growth, with approximately 11,200 residents, while the broader Aldinga region now exceeds 17,500 people.
This growth is set to accelerate, with the nearby Villawood housing development, located just 3 km from the centre and approximately a 4-minute drive, set to deliver around 800 new homes, alongside additional residential development in the surrounding area. These projects are expected to significantly increase the local population and drive ongoing demand for retail, health, and service-based offerings.
